All distributors who do not earn the incentive trip ticket for free, will be required to pay for their cruise ticket in full before September 30th, 2024. A payment plan is available.
Distributors can earn up to a maximum of two (2) cruise tickets by meeting the incentive trip requirements, during the specified qualifying period.
For ALL new team members that you have personally sponsored during the trip earning period of February 1st, 2024 – September 30th, 2024, 25% of their personal retail sales (PRS) will also count towards your incentive trip requirement! *

- A distributor can opt to upgrade from an earned interior category cabin ticket to a balcony cabin category ticket, providing that there is availability. The distributor is responsible for paying the additional per person cost associated with the upgrade for themselves and their guests of $309.00 USD / $410.00 CAD / $465.00 AUD.
- Cruise tickets earned through this incentive trip program are non-transferable to another person, have no cash value, and are only applicable to this sailing.
- The incentive trip offer only covers the cost of a cruise ticket (interior or balcony cabin) for the distributor who earned it. This offer is non-transferable.
- A distributor can earn a second cruise ticket for up to one (1) guest by meeting the same criteria twice.
- Distributors attending as ‘a guest’ can only do so if the distributor who earned the first cruise attends.
- Upon meeting the incentive trip requirements, a distributor will receive a refund for any payment made beyond the ¼ initial deposit required.
- Full deposit paid of ¼ of the full ticket price will be refunded for those who earned the incentive trip, after they have attended the event.
- Distributors who no-show, or cancel after September 30th, 2024, will forfeit their initial deposit, and are not entitled to any other refunds or gifts received by those who attended. No exceptions.

Flexible
PAYMENT PLAN
Gelmoment is offering a flexible payment plan of 4 equal payments for those who want to purchase a cruise ticket for themselves and up to one (1) adult guest to attend the event. To set it up, contact our events department by email at: events@gelmoment.com.
Final balance must be paid in full prior to September 30th, 2024. All payments are fully refundable prior to September 30th, 2024, ET, and non-refundable after this deadline.
- Cruise tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable after September 30th, 2024, ET.
- Cruise tickets purchased cover the cost of one cruise ticket for one distributor based on the cabin category they chose at time of purchase. Taxes and port charges are included.
- Distributors must be at least 25 years old to cruise or be travelling with an accompanying guest in the same cabin that is over the age of 25.
- All cabins in the gelmoment group booking can accommodate up to 2 guests.
- Distributors not travelling with a guest will be paired up with another distributor of their choice or head office will assign cabin mates based on availability. All cabins are equipped with 1 king size bed that can be separated into 2 single/separate beds.
- Distributors who wish to travel alone and do not want to be paired up with another distributor are required to purchase a full cabin (2 cruise tickets). Distributors will need to contact our events department to request a refund for the duplicate taxes charged, since taxes and port charges of $149.20 USD would only apply once (1x) in this case.
- All travel expenses including airfare, travel disruptions, ground transportation to and from the airport and/or cruise port are excluded in the price of the cruise ticket.
- All Onboard expenses such as but not limited to gratuities, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, specialty restaurants, shopping and gambling are excluded from the price of the cruise ticket.
- All shore expenses including excursions, taxis, beach rentals and food while on the islands are excluded from the price of the cruise ticket.
- Cabin numbers and cabin location are assigned by the cruise line and cannot be chosen or requested.
- Distributors will receive their cabin numbers, cabin location, booking numbers and will be able to log in to Carnival’s website allowing them to book excursions or onboard services 60 days prior to the sailing date.
- Distributors who fail to provide all required booking information to our events department by October 1st, 2024, will lose their cruise ticket and forfeit any refunds.
- Once booking information is provided, individuals are responsible for checking themselves in, selecting a boarding time and printing their boarding passes directly on Carnival Cruise line’s website.
- Additional cabins for family and friends are not available through this group booking.
- All bookings made outside of this group booking and directly with Carnival will not qualify to be part of the gelmoment incentive trip group. This includes the group seating for dinner reservations, organized events and any giveaways or gifts.
- To be eligible for giveaways during the trip, distributors must have enrolled prior to October 1st, 2024, and have an active account at time of sailing.
- Distributors must contact gelmoment’s events department for all inquiries. This is a group booking that requires special handling and Carnival Cruise line’s support department cannot assist our guests.
- Am I required to purchase a cruise ticket to attend the cruise incentive trip?
You are required to reserve your cruise ticket by paying a deposit equal to ¼ of the full ticket price before September 30th, 2024, ET or while cabins are still available.

Distributors who qualify to SAIL FOR FREE by having met the incentive trip requirements will receive a full refund minus the deposit equivalent to ¼ of the full ticket price by emailing our events department at events@gelmoment.com. The initial deposit will be refunded for those who earned the incentive trip after they have attended the event. - What happens if I purchase a cruise ticket, qualify to SAIL FOR FREE but I can no longer attend?

Additional cabins for family and friends are not available through this group booking. Please note that any external bookings made independently and not through this incentive trip offer will not be part of the gelmoment group. Any external bookings will not be included in special seating for dinner reservations, organized events, activities, and any giveaways or gifts.
- All accommodation requests for distributors who wish to share a cabin with another distributor have to be submitted to our events department by email at events@gelmoment.com prior to September 30th, 2024, ET.
- Any distributors travelling alone who do not provide accommodation requests by September 30th, 2024, ET, will be assigned a cabin mate by head office.
- All cabins are equipped with 1 king size bed that can be separated into 2 single/separate beds.
- No accommodation changes are permitted within 90 days of sailing.
